    Note that the seller is in Chicago. I think that handgun sales were stopped there many years ago, so maybe this is a gun that was "grandfathered" and is one of an ever dwindling number of legal pistols in that bastion of civil rights and honest politics? Maybe such a gun will sell for this much to someone in Chicago who wants a legal handgun?
