Year of Manufacture

I just purchased a used Marlin 30-30, model 30AS in 99% condition. The serial number is 11023770. The price was 189.00.Need to know the year of manufacture and approximate value. Thanks guys.-Charlie

    ???The Model 30AS was a part of the Glenfield series until being "mainstreamed". It was first introduced in 1983.If the gun has no checkering, 1983-95; pressed checkering, 1995-1998; cut checkering, post-1998.
