As a former criminal investigator and law enforcer ,looking at the current technical developments and studies from genetics to brain scanning in court cases, its evident criminal conduct will soon be label as sickness other than an action based in free will or "intent" ...
It becomes nesesary to safeguard the Human entity separate from the actions he may perform under a distorted state ....
Also the reform of education as to prevent such events as Columbine
from ever hapening again .....
Tools: Vocation ,creativity, self steem, development ....
So the life of many does not end as Victims and the life of one is not wasted in a final moment with a lead stuffed corpse and a Karma stigmatized LEO.
