A Man's Thanksgiving dinner!

So the wife has surgery on her shoulder afew weeks ago so is pretty much one armed at this time. AND we have a whole house lot of relatives coming for Thanksgiving dinner! SO guess who's cooking today!!?? *G* Luckily I have experience cooking from my college and bachelor days, and actually count myself as a pretty fair cook! I just stuff the turkey, and it goes in the oven in another 30 minutes, so dinner at 2:30! Got "tons" of food (my Army days the wife says) anybody in the area is welcome to drop by ...as long as your willing to help clean up afterwards! .Nobody around here seems to be here at that time! *G* ...Wish me luck! ...OR maybe to my guest! *LOL*
