Gun dealers upset at federal form delay Email story to a friend Denver-AP -- Gun dealers across the country had to put sales on hold this week -- because they didn't receive a new federal form for background checks.A spokesman for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms admits the forms were never even mailed.He says the company that was hired to print them couldn't complete the order on time.Hundreds of forms have now been faxed, but many dealers still don't have them.A-T-F says it isn't sure when the problem will be resolved.
