Rental roaches.

The people moved out of our rent house and left a mess along with hundreds and hundreds of roaches. I tried sprays and traps, but to no avail. Finally, I used boric acid powder in all the rooms and under the house. Every roach is dead including a few other insects. If you got roaches, use this stuff and your problems are solved!
Needless to say-I kept the deposit which will never pay near what it's going to cost to get the place livable for the next "home wreckers"! What's the matter with some people? If they like to live like that, I have an outhouse I'll rent to them![:(!][:(!][:(!]

Boric acid is great stuff huh?...Classic told me about it when I moved here..(palmetto bugs)..used it once I think, then got my baby...she works almost as well as that stuff..*LOL

I honestly dont think it matters to people if they own it or rent it...that is they way they live...some are clean, some are not...some wreak it..some dont..

Been there,done that!!
My last renter left me a mess that took 3-months to clean up.[:(!]
Roaches??? Didn't see a one until I opened an old fridge in the back room.Don't know what was in that foil,but boy howdy,they came outa there like a stampede!. They had left a bottle of that Boric acid stuff so I scattered it all over the place and in a couple of days there where dead roaches everywhere.[^]

Been there and done that also. Now I inspect homes on a regular basis. IF the tenant is a Pig, I tell them to clean up their mess. I will return to re inspect. I've found that the foggers do an excellent job. But , re fog a few days later to get the last few.

I guess I must be doing something wrong. In my oldest house the same renters have been there ten years. The place looks better that when they moved in. On the other two houses they have been there 4 years in one and 6 months in the other.

On there hand, I guess I might be doing something right.

Our BABY is LEXI, our cat, a palmento bug dont stand a chance. If you dont know what a Palmetto bug is, well lets say it makes a midget out of a roach.[:o)] and they can fly. I guess they get their name cause the live under the bark of the Palmetto tree, and will invade your house. Anywho, they grow up to three inches long. YUUUCK
