You fellas from right around northern Virginia? I get out to the Bealton, VA gun shows now and again, and I used to go to boyscout camp at Rock Enon in Gore, VA pastWinchester. Right now I'm right in Fairfax, getting squeezed by all the traffic and highcost of living.

    I think Mudge is from WEST Virginia. Where are you in Fairfax county? I work just down the road in Mclean, Va., and sometimes shoot at the NRA range in Fairfax. Maybe going this Saturday if I can get permission.

    I did the Bealeton gun show in October, I live near Warrenton, work in Sterling, moved out of the N VA area for the reasons you gave to much to near. I have 7 children, 5 still at home, they need the room. I use the range at Clark Brothers on Sundays early morning. It has been crowded lately.

    Yeah....I'm in WV. 10 miles north of Winchester. Follow I-81 N out of Winchester and you'll see exit 5. That's me. Lived in Arlington, Fairfax, Manassas, Herndon most of my life. Moved to WV after I married Mrs. Mudge.Did Bealton a month or so ago. Was looking for a show to go to this weekend but the only one I see worth bothering with is Ft. Washington, PA. 200 miles from me. Don't think I'll make that one. Next one will probably be Harrisburg on Dec 8-9Mudge
    I can't come to work today. The voices said, STAY HOME AND CLEAN THE GUNS!

    Mudge 2 in December in VA Dec 1st and 2nd in Dale City, Dec 15th and 16th in Bealeton at Hugo's skating rink. Don't know where in the one in Dale City is being held but can find out if you are ineterested.

    The one in Dale City is at the VFW. Been to that one a couple of times. Kinda' small. Not much to choose from. Bealeton is a little boring too. Usually the same people with the same stuff. Not enough "new" stuff to make it worthwhile. I like the BIG ones. I'm trying to talk myself (and Mrs. Mudge) into going toFt. Washington, PA but like I said, it's 200 miles. Never been to that one. Probably won't get there. There's 2 shows that are held in that area, one's at Ft. Washington and the other's at King of Prussia. Don't recall which is the bigger.Mudge
