strange e-mail

Checked my mail a few minutes ago and had one from a Abdesselam Aomar. No text, just an attachment. Subject, freqencia1pt-2001. Afraid to open it because it may be a virus. Don't like the name either! Probably an add for jockey shorts or something. Very curious, anyone know what this is? Rosie
