Dear Sir, You must simply post the recipe, for that scrumptious sounding dessert must be tried. Might one have a little bubbly with it?

Sir gunnut:We must start with an appetizerMushrooms stuffed with a crab and lobster stuffing. The main course would consist of Beer Batter Fried Grouper..with a white sause of bay scollops in heavy cream, butter, garlic, and Everglades Seasoning(poured over one end of the fellets)a garnish of mint for a pleasing visual affect.Side dishes will be:Pork`in beans, rice with a tomato gravy consisting of crushed tomato, black pepper, and a small piece of salt pork for flaver.Coffie will be served with this extroardanary Blueberry Pineapple crumbcake. Then we move to the study/gunroom,to lounge around in our finest smoking jackets, with snifters of cognac, champagne in fluted glasses..or cold bottles of Dos Equis, and Coronas, there will be a fine selection. I will be the one with the Dos Equis, wearing the cream colored smoking jacket, with ~SLB~ emblazonmentricated accrossed the left lapel. ~SLB~

Speaking of coffee, is it just as much of a staple of the rest of the SJC's diet as it is of mine? If so, I would propose that we take a vote on the official coffee as well. It would be a sin to taint such a fine spread of dessert with something of lesser quality. I would propose that we avoid pop culture coffees such as "Starbucks" or Canadian coffees such as "Tim Horton's". I would like to nominate any blend from the famous "Cafe Du Monde" in the fine city of New Orleans or the rich "Britt" from Costa Rica which I have yet to find in America but can be obtained from a personal source with close contacts to that country.

What can I say..I was real tired when I typed "desert",working slow gunshows are more tiring than the ones where you`re sellin` left and right. No real excuse though,it`s not that I knew how to spell it,anyway..but I could have looked it up.This is just as bad as the time I spelled women"wowen' in a topic heading..only nobody caught it till after 40 or so posts..218

GHD:I havn`t been to a show in Virginia,I`m usually tired and just drivin` through,to W.V. It would be a lot of fun to take a little break in travel to visit with you. I don`t get a chance to do any varmint shootin` down here in Flarda..`cept crows, and there are coyotes, but I havent shot one yet.I am pretty well set with rifles for the job though,bees,222s,223s,225,etc.Course it would only be fit to bring a bee. .218
