Lord Beekeeper, I see on the news there's a hurricane headed your way, how do you prepare for these? Please feel free to ship all your guns to me for safe keeping till it blows over.....it's the least a fellow Smoking Jacket member can do for another.

    BeeKeep, old friend I was the news to, keep your head he down. When we had a tornado (&drill) at work we all would go get in a unground tunnel.As soon as it got real quiet my buddy would always say " hope we don't get sucked off.................by the torndao". Nobody keep a straight face!

    Fellers,the yankees board up all their windows, buy up all the water,batteries,bread etc.the grocery stores.Personaly,,I don`t give a crap,I was just whatching the World series.I didn`t even know where it was until,....well...right ,...OH MY GOD...WHAT THE....AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    My sister and her family live in the Keys. I would hope all you people near this take some kind of shelter! I saw pictures from Andrew, they sure didn't look pretty!Sounds like it will just be a tropical storm now from what they are saying here in Wisconsin.

    When I was in Florida 15 years ago, I remember hearing about a homeless guy who got caught out in the wind. He was killed by a palmetto branch. went right through like a spear. those things have little teeth up and down the edges.

    To tell the truth,I don`t even know where that storm is right now.I went out to the shed to have a snort of Low Bush Lightnin`,to celebrate Saxon pig`s success,and am not much concerned about it.Mrs. .218 and myself tied the knot 13 years ago today,and I suppose I`ll slip on the smoking jacket,open a bottle of methode champenoise,when the kids get to sleep....is that suave,or what??.218
