More on armed Mexican incursions

Anybody watch O'Reilly tonight. He had a U.S. Congressman on, I didn't get his name, talking about the Mexican army sending armed patrols into the U.S. We were just talking about this in another post a few days ago.

O'Reilly asked him when this last happened and the guy said "...last Friday night." Seems a Mexican HumVee fired on a US Border Patrol vehicle, blowing out the back window, passing through the rig and exiting through the windshield. They then tried to shoot out the tires. I guess the Border Patrol agent hauled *.

O'Reilly asked him why the media didn't pick-up on this and the Congressman said he thinks they're going along with a bunch of D.C. liberals who don't want this type of action made public because they don't want to start any additional anti-immigrant sentiments in this country. They also don't want to see any curtailment of immigration since most of the immigrants vote liberal.

O'Reilly asked him how many times these armed interlopers had come across and the guy said there were 117 documented cases over the past couple of years.

Can you believe this? Evidently we can't even protect our borders anymore from hostile, armed foreign troops. Makes you wonder if they've actually killed any US citizens or US Govt. agents and the whole thing's been covered up.

The congressman said he thinks they're in this country protecting Mexican drug runners. He also said he'd written a letter to the Mexican Govt. protesting this action and they wrote him back and told him they didn't like the tone of his letter.

I think the "well-armed citizen's militia" might have a job to do.

Wow, a mexican humvee with a machinegun on it. All it would take is a couple of well place .308win shots and it'd be mine. Huh... Maybe I should go hunting down boarder side sometime.... :)

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

Yeah, I saw it. And either that Congressman is awful good actor or he's the straight goods. One of the respondents to the other thread asserted that drugs / drug money had a lot to do with it and there was a lot of corruption on our side of the border that allowed it to happen. The info available at the time of the interview was sketchy, so we don't know who initiated contact nor under what circumstances, but perhaps the BP officer who was attacked was (a) one of the honest ones & deliberately targeted (b) working for a rival group & deliberately targeted / planning to do some moonlighting for his employers (c) planning to raise his profits.

It will be mucho interesting to seee if this receives any coverage in the mainstream press and what the details of the encounter actually were.

I can just se the Mexican humvee cruising down the road at 5 miles an hour with fuzzy dice on the mirror and a little bouncing head dog in the back . Pulls up behind a B.P. vehicle and starts bouning up and town to the tune of Lowrider by WAR. Must be why they fired the guy in the back was getting bouced pretty good and grabbed the machine gun for support.

Yup, I saw that, the Congressman was from Colorado, he was pretty frustrated. He said that the Democrats wont say anything because they want the votes and the Republicans wont say anything because because they want the illegals working here. I wonder if we would even hear about it if our border agents started getting killed by these thugs?

Are they sure it was a HumVee and not a 63' Chevy Impala lowrider? Nothing will be done about this since the politicians want the votes from the illegals flowing across the border. If Pedro, a poor Mexican national who works for my neighbor, can get here and work here legally then why can't all the other ones? Better question is: why was Pedro registered as a Democrat to vote at the PA License Center in Reading, PA when went to get a PA driver's license when it was clearly evident thet he was and is not a US citizen? For the record, Pedro does not vote because he feels it would be wrong to do so before he becomes a US citizen - this guy is a genuine immigrant.

If someone would pick up the lead with this and get all the information on these incidents to the public, there would be a huge backlash. And I don't think you have seen even a small amount of the true number of incidents.
I know in years past that a SDPD unit chased a car into Mexico. We got the officer back, but never his service gun, and never his vehicle.
Also a CHP unit crossed into Mexico on a chase. Again the officer was returned, but service gun and vehicle never made it back.
Do you think the US would get away with this kind of actions?
    Hell No!

I think that Smoky 14 needs to get his son on the O'Reilly Factor, I am interested in the other half of the story.

If you dug deep enough you'd probably find out that NAFTA or GATT or some other bogus treaty our gov't. has signed gives the Mexican Army the right to enter the U.S.

We'd better not object. We don't want to piss-off Kofi Annan or any of the other one-world government people.

There's a web site I've visited before that had some pretty incredible stuff about the mexican'scalling for the return of arizona, texas, new mexico and California. Rather interesting, any way I'll get back to you with the address.

Alsoif I recall my history, English agents discovered a German letter asking Mexico toenterthe war onthe German side. The Z|mmerman note, promised Mexico land from New Mexico,Texas, and Arizona in return for help with the war. A month later we declared war on Germany.WW1

Damn sure wish we would give Kalifornia back, and all the liberals in it. The rest of the "good Californians" could live in gun friendly Nevada or Arizona.

I think a boar hunt would be a GREAT idea! I would love to hunt some of the big ones they have down there. Let's see, I have 308 AND 30-06 both in AP(I hear some of them down there need AP's to penetrate the skins to kill them baors quick). On the other hand, the incinderies could roast them as they were hunted, saves the time to cook them. Course plenty of regular ammo would go too.

The second admendment GUARANTEES the other nine and the Constitution!

I have an interesting business proposition. If the only real law enforcement on the border are getting shot at then I think they will turn the other cheek when this happens.

Get together a few very wealthy investors to start the business. Purchase exotic weapons of all types and charge the incredibly wealthy millions of dollars for the opportunity to hunt Mexican military. It's the ultimate war game. We could provide ex-SF guys as hunting guides and pay them handsomely. The incredibly wealthy would get their shot at hunting the ultimate prey. We'd be keeping our borders secure via private enterprise and would not be taxing the manpower of our border patrol and armed forces any further. All participants in "the hunt" sign releases prior to the event. This could be held regularly and participants in "the hunt" could keep the spoils of the conflict. There would obviously have to be a "sweep and clear" team to get rid of all the evidence.

There border patrol agent whose window was shot out was a guest on O'Reilly's radio show today. He stated that these Mexican military personnel were guarding drug runners. So, we could be taking out drug dealers and merceneries. The Mexican government wouldn't want to admit to it so there should, in theory, be no complantes by El Vicente himself. Bush wouldn't b*tch about it because he'd never let his buddy Vicente lose face by forcing him to admit that his military is "on the take". The whole thing looks foolproof to me.

I had a little talk with my friend Pedro again today about this subject. He said "Very bad people run across border. Soldiers will rob and shoot you if caught alone. The bad people come for easy drugs and to bring money back to Mexico from selling drugs to your people".
