You're right barto, it's your God-given right to have an opinion, be it with mine or against mine. You are right in that you shouldn't give a D*** what i think of you or Mudge. All I really hope is that you understand where my anger is coming from.

Hi Nik,I wasn't following that other post till I read this one directed at the mudge and the barto. Just wanted to let you know that evolution is an ongoing process, and not all homo sapiens stumbling around on this planet are at the same level.Skin pigmentation is NOT an attribute significant in this evolutionary process--current evolutionary changes have to do with "brain structure". Those with the more highly evolved brains cannot be distinguished by any external characteristics; the difference in brain structure does evident itself in the animal's behavior--specifically in the area of emotion. Those with the more advanced brains will still have "strong emotions" but they have greater abilities in controlling that emotion. (That's the whole issue in past evolution too; breaking the lower animal cycle of "stimulus--->response" and replacing it with a "stimulus--->rational thought--->response" brain function.)In simple terms: The more highly evolved humans do not have outbursts of anger--similiar to that which you have demonstrated.

Thank you for the update. From your statement "The more highly evolved humans do not have outbursts of anger--similiar to that which you have demonstrated" it seems to me that you are implying that I am "less-highly evolved. I assume you have never had an outburst EVER, lest you be judged by your own standards. Please inform me as to the many times I have burst out in anger. We know that this is a typical thing for me to do. Oh by the way, is sarcasm a evolutionary indicator?Beethoven was known for his outbursts. Despite the fact he was known as a prodigy, given your statement we must conclude he is "less evolved"I do not claim to be at the same level as Beethoven, but hopefully (if you are evolved enough) you will see my point that display of emotion is not a reliable way to judge intelligence. You do not know my history and how often I have had to debate this over and over and over and over again. Had this been the first time, I would let it go. Given the frequency of this arguement and how many times I've had to deal with it (outside of this forum) my frustration is a given. It is one thing to be called dumb. That can be corrected. To be called "incapable" is something different. Perhaps if had used your more-evolved level of intelligence, you would have seen beyond the anger, seen the issue, and passed judgement on that.

Actually, Beethoven was not known as a child prodigy.

Oh *,,, you mean when I threw that junk cd player out the front door, and then shot it with a 12 ga., I was sliding down the smarts ladder? I figures,,, anything that's fun or makes you feel better will most likely be bad for you!
