email a member?

Hello all,
Simple question that I am having difficulty finding for myself. In a post on the Experts page, 101 said to email him, but I can not find a link to do so...his profile does not give an address, and neither does mine for that matter...Is there a way to email members through a post? Or do I need to post something with his name to get his attention.....
Any help is appreciated

    I put my e-mail in a specific spot in my profile so that it does show when people check my pfofile.

    Look to the right of their name on their reply to your post, see the envelope with the paper sticking out of it? Click on it, you can email the member by clicking on that icon. Click on mine and email me a snotty letter.
