Gun Industry Presidents visit GB forums!!!

This is not actually true, at least one president of a product we were just discussing does, however, so there is at least ONE president of the Gun Industry that does though. Smart man coming to where he may view the needs and gripes of the end users. I guess his email to me says all that needs to be said, so here it is:

NICE MAN, HUH? It was unexpected and truly appreciated. Wouldnt it be great if Bill Ruger, and folks like him would do the same? Of course, we wouldnt want them spending as much time here as we do, if they did we would never see any new guns from them.

Its been a while back, maybe a year or so ago, but the president of Charles Daley (1911 clones) posted here defending their guns when a few people slammed them.

Also someone from Dillon Precision, thanking posters for their reccomendations and praise ... this too was a while back ...

This is sort of a double post, but I wanted to follow up on both threads dealing with this topic. This is the second email I have received from Mr. Gibbs, this one in reply to the email I sent him in reply to his initial email to me. Here is the email.

Ryan - Thanks for the nice e-mail. I visit GB forum and several others
but the main one is the Guns % Ammo magazine forums which I really like.
I have given away some samples of the product over there in order to get
feedback for the consumers and we are very keen on listening - so that
we can improve our products however possible. We are a small, new
company so we have a long way to go and I believe the only way we can do
that is to produce products that people like you want and need.

Since you have internet access, please go to our website at
www.novumsolutions.com and copy the "full" detailed instructions. The
instructions on the bottle and/or box are limited but on the website we
have detailed instructions that kind of walk you through the process.
We also have a page of Tips & techniques which might be helpful along
with instructions for using the gun cleaner by itself.

I hope you purchased the gun cleaner gel also as it is needed to give
the desired results.
