Stopped by local gun shop the other day and he's got a heritage rough rider in .17, 6"BBL. Price was $349, so I'm not interested, but it looked like a lot of fun. If I ever find a use for this round, I'd still have to go with a rifle. -Ralph

    Pretty good mark-up for a $179 firearm if it comes with adjustable sights.

    yeah Allen, I thought it was pretty high too. Don't know about the sights, didn't handle it. I was afraid something would fall off and I'd have to buy it[:(!]. -Ralph

    Put that place on your list of where not to shop. I bought mine for around the 179 Allen mentioned. Its a good shooting gun by the way, but I really dont care for the front sight, too big, and I would buy a Ruger if I had to do it over again, especially for that price.[:D]
