Nope, the season in Kalifornia for us Military hunters on Camp Pendleton don't start until November 1 (gun). But I'm ready and practicing on the high desert coyotes until it's time to make that trip.

These are regular hours for me as I work 2nd shift on the flight line from 5 till 2-30 and would normally be getting ready to clock out now.Tonight all 2nd and 3rd shift was cancelled because of an Anthrax scare at the airfield.Sign of the times I guess.One substance was found to be chalk dust and the authorities are still checking the others.I still feel safer at work on base than I do anywhere else,all we can do is carry on.

Freedom is not free,what have YOU done to support it?
