I was informed IP tracing will be implemented in the forum for tracking source of postings by FBI .....
If that is true I dont give my consent to such privacy violation from
part of the forum management and request when such system will be implemented and if such information will be given or has being given
to any governamental agency or representative .

If any of the readers cannot post answer to this post copy and post it
again ........

    You were informed by whom?

The big question is IT IS TRUE ?
If so the proper federal notice of consent to monitoring shall be
clearly stated at forum sing in, not doing so constitutes a violation
    of the law ....

As far as the events from macing babys to licence to kill in a resurge of the operation "condor" under the name of Homeland security
    is good to ask ......

Who cares? No more than 1% of the Feebs could find their butts if they had five hands and a color-coded diagram. Hell, they make Jimmy Carter look competent. All they can do is shoot innocent people (e.g., Vicki Weaver) & lie about it afterwards. I'd be more worried about the cable guy.

    Judge --
Any gun rights IP worth breathing American air would notify its users of any such known tapping regardless of the threats imposed. It's not us they need to be worried about. Any TTs (towelhead terrorists) show up here looking for helpful hints and we'd likely be in a race to e-mail the FBI ourselves. They don't need to eavesdrop. I don't have any respect for eavesdroppers. Besides, any of the lurkers here could be anybody; how would you know? I kinda enjoy commenting just in case they're listening, myself, every now and then.

Judge Dread...It's not the web sites the feds
intend to monitor, as much as it is the web
sites an individual visits ie. If your into
guns and child porn the feds are going to look
into your activities and habits. They also
intend to monitor phone calls. They can't eaves-
drop but they can see what numbers you call and
when. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Soon
microchips will be implanted into every one, and
the feds will know where you are and what your
doing at any given time. I'm not going to get
into it here, but look into micro technology
for your self and see where it's going....

What me worry about, I don't live on an Island.

Besides, today I heard they've been investigating Professor Ariani, the founder of the Jihad movement, for raising money in this country for terrorists for the last 12 years.

I am sure most of the guys here will be to old or gone, by the time they put it all together, and start worrying about whatever they are concerned about.

What are they looking for anyway?

I am not against reporting the S.O.B. true terrorist but I am opposed
to the use of Castrense tactics on the american public just for having a different opinion or expresing anger or discontent in any forum ....

AS certain "cases" of intervention have being "traced" to forum users
"IP logging in net use" I just wanted to Know if such Knoledge is being obtained by Interception of the forum or dirrect cooperation of
the management, (Nunn is more silent than a door knob) if definitely the management is unaware of such activity .....
