    I recently won an auction.
After not hearing from the seller for a few days,I e-mailed him to try to get payment arrangements made.
After another day with no response,I E-mailed him again.Still no response.
I gave it another day and then called the phone # listed in his info.
Just got a recording. That was the fifth day.
On the sixth day,I went ahead and mailed him the MO for the Item to the listed address.I E-mailed him at that time to let him know what I had done.
    That was on 3-11-04

Now today I see he has what appears to be the SAME ITEM listed again.
Twice as a matter of fact!!One with the same "opening" bid as mine started at(no reserve) and one w/reserve.

Maybe he has a bunch of these and just isn't very good at responding?

I have ,just a few minutes ago, sent a message to Admin.as to what's been going on,so maybe they'll be able to help me.

    What do you folks think?

Very nice. No wide front so it is not a FXWG. Is it a FXRT, FXD or FXRS?

Python pipes. The Carb off my Road King after I replaced mine with an S&S.Don't think for a minute that her bike is a "ladies" bike either. Even with all the "go fast" stuff on my bike, when she rolls it on, it's bye, bye, Mudge. Her bike is geared lower than mine and complete with rider, is about 175 lbs. lighter than me on mine. She takes great delight in disappearing down the highway. It all evens out though. She'a quicker than me but I'll keep mine rolled on longer than she will.I'm not afraid to go fast. It's crashin' and burnin' that sucks.Mudge the chagrined

Looking it over again, are those Progressive shocks I see? Stainless braided control cables and brake lines?Very nice.Stock cam?The Andrews EV-13 cam I put in mine was probably the single best thing I ever did to it. Gobs more power down low and instant throttle response. 'Course, the S&S Super E carb, Python pipes and DynaTek single-fire ignition didn't hurt either.

'95 Road King. The Road King is pretty much a "Dresser" without the "Dress" They did away with the fairing and all the stuff therein (radio, CB, A/C). It cruises like a full dresser and handles like a Fat Boy or Wide Glide. Best of both worlds. At my size (6'6" 260lbs.), it's the only one that fits me. I have kinda long legs and the seats on the dressers push me too far forward for me to be comfortable. If you look at the rider seat, you'll see that it doesn't have as pronounced a rise at the back as the dresser seats do. I actually sit with part of my butt on the passenger seat so I'm far enough back from the controls that I'm comfortable.ps. Lowrider....sharp eyes. Yes, those are Progressives on Mrs. Mudge's bike Mudge the gigantic

Mudge, you need to go to LA and look up Jessie James and get a custom made scoot just for you. If I ever get rich thats what I want to get.

Gold Wings are good bikes. The newer ones are too garbaged-up for my tastes. I used to own an '82 GL-1100. Bought it new in 1984. I really liked that bike.

Hey Mudge the Road King is o.k. to. but you know a road king is a road king is a road king...mine is a lot like yours but the only thing that I added was a 50's boys Tach. Now 7MM you have a little time before you mature and get you a real scooter and we will help you with the terminology in the interum period. Now repeat after me Knucklehead, Flathead, Panhead, Shovelhead, Blockhead, Fathead, Electra Classic,Roadking, Dyna, Wide glide, Lowrider, Superglide, Springer,Softtail, Hardtail Electra Classic,V-Rod Revolution, and on and on. and believe it or not we can actually rev. these puppies up to over 5,000 r.p.m. and they still hold together,HA! Those tachs on them Jap bikes you have to divide what it says by about 3 to get the actual r.p.m......Auto

Ok lets try this,,Knucklehead, know what that is, I already have one, his name is Robert.Flathead, I know somebody like that.Panhead, I thought it was a headpan(valvecover)Shovelhead, just bought one to shovel snow.Blockhead, been called that before.Fathead,my sister.Electra Classic, aint that a guitar?Roadking, have one on my CB in the truck.Dyna, you misspelled it, its a dyno, used to rate engine power.Wide glide, Big woman?Lowrider, we have traded shots on here.Superglide, coasting off of needles mountain in a peterbuilt?Springer, puppy dog.Softtail, my wife.(shhh)Hardtail Electra Classic, Nice chick playing guitar.V-Rod Revolution, new group by Rod Stewart? You better not rev that thing to 5000rpm around me! My R1 redlines at 12,000So there. nah nah nah!

O.K. 7mm good reply. Now on a serious note, my son had a ZSXR-1100 Suzuki would that R1 out run it? and if you are so proud of it lets see what it looks like! P.S. we are just fun'n you, all us bike dudes need to stick togeter. I was on vacation going down Deals gap in North Carolina (Famous Motorcycle Road) 300+ curves in less than 11 miles. Riding in the Cage with my wife and mother-in-law and a couple of rice burners got impatient with my driving and roared around me on one wheel when they passed and disappeared in a flash and I was impressed, even gave me a spike of adrenaline rush! besides I love watching them boys run those road course Races on T.V. they look like ballet dancers! P.S. I never rode my boys bike in all the time he had it. I have already left to much skin and 3 teeth on the pavement due to bikes...

ok auto, fair enough, can you wait till next weekend for the pic? It's getting late, I have to be in Queens in the mornig so I will be leaving soon. The bike is in "winter storage" in a freinds unheated garage. I have no shed or garage to keep it in and it beats sitting out in the snow/

Otoman....If the picture was a little clearer, you'd see the 50's Boys tach. there in the middle.Rider....stock cam in her bike. It's quick enough, for her, as it is. I have, of course, ridden it and it's a real hoot! VERY quick!Way too small for me to ride very long tho'. 7MM....Jesse James' bikes are over-rated. Besides, I've got other things to spend $40,000 on. Most of his bikes are show bikes anyway. I know, these guys say they ride 'em. That's BS. Most of 'em can barely afford the insurance that it takes to put 'em on the road.Mudge the biker scum
