    I put up a reply to your last post, and don't know if you didn't see it or if you've been busy. Either way, what I typed there is a little longer than I care to type again. Hope things are still going like you said, and haven't ran into any new snags yet.

    Got your reply. Thought I'd written back too but I guess my brain just checked out instead Well, $8500 is nothing to sneeze at either. I'd still consider that a good deal.

    Our inspection was done Saturday. Other than a couple of minor fix-it projects for me to do we only found one thing of concern. The furnace's carbon monoxide level was a little high so the realtor is going to go back and ask the seller to have it cleaned and certified by a technician. Still awaiting word on that. If all goes well you'll still be in your house before we get in ours. We're looking at closing around the 3rd week in August. I'd like to get in there much sooner. Anyway, I'll keep you updated as well. L8R
