Vacation....Revisited

Mama gave me a revised itinerary. I plan nothing. If left up to me, I would drive until I either got tired or found something interesting to look at, and head home when I ran out of time or money.

Leaving Wolfe City, Texas Friday morning early.

Pick up #2 son at mom's house near Texarkana.

Through Arkansas to Maulden, MO.

Then to Louisville, KY.

New Albany, IN.

Mason, OH. Near Cincinnati.

Mentor, OH, near Cleveland.

Headlands Beach, OH.

Erie, PA.

Niagra Falls.

Aurora, OH.

Louisville, KY.

Home.

At some point either coming or going, I will look up SaxonPig in Arkansas. Any other takers on the route?

    Well, if ya find yerself up my way, I'd sure be honored to have ya stop by. My guess would be that a side trip up to the middle of N.Dak. probably ain't in the cards. Offer does stand, though.

    If you are going to be near cleveland you must pay a visit to Jaqua's Fine Guns in Findlay. They are just a few blocks off of 75 and easy to get to. They are at 900 East Bigelow Ave. Fine people there and they deal mostly in shotguns. They have a large trap range there too.

    Well The falls are only about 50 miles west of me. I recomend you step accross the border and check out "Niagara On The Lake". The Canadian side is much better anyways. For some reason they refuse to do any development on the U.S. side. Everyone goes to Canada, unless they're Canadians, then they come to our side to shop.
