Wal-mart versus Amazon review

I needed a part for my lawn tractor, Amazon Prime would deliver for free and Wal-Mart would let me pick it up at the store for free.
Wal-mart had the best price so I ordered it. It arrived in two days as promised. I went to pick it up and the kid manning the lockers where they were distributing the products couldn't find the package. I pointed to what I suspected was the box and said that is probably it. He looked at it again and said that wasn't it and still couldn't find it. I looked closer and the last four numbers on the box matched my pickup order, I said "Hey I don't want to tell you how to do your job or anything but these numbers match". Somewhat sheepishly he handed me the package and said he was sorry for the confusion.
Once they get the bugs worked out it might be a big plus for Wally World in E commerce sales.

I've ordered several things online from wal-mart. Some I picked up and others were delivered. Service has been good so far.
Yes, but NO ONE is EVER at the counter, ringing the desk bell and waiting for someone,, everytime,, after that, never a problem.
Kind of unbelievable but 4 years ago Walmart had a Bosch 10"table saw with stand for LESS than anywhere else including Amazon. Walmarts store is close and free PICK-UP. Pulled up in back, went inside, and they came out, loaded up the box that was over 100 pounds.
Much better than waiting for a delivery.
Just checked and Walmart still has many different tools for online ordering.

Only place I know I can get duct tape, bullets, and a decent bottle of wine at 3am. Love me some Walmart.
