I am keeping my fingers crossed i get a chance at one like this in 2002

    What part of Iowa did he get it in? I'm in the northwest area and every so often we get a magnum around here. Seems about once every four years somebody in our party gets a nice wall-hanger. I reckon with four myself I either must be a bit spoiled or just one of the most knowlegeble and skilled whitetail hunters in these parts. Ok, I'll 'fess up.......I'm been lucky as hell

    Politicians, like diapers, should be changed often and for the same reason.

    Nice deer....

    If you think big deer are usually found in the woods, think again....here are some video's taken by Des Moines Police just outside the Governors Mansion....follow the link below to download this footage. Both deer were later found dead (natural causes?) and were on display at the Iowa State Fair.
