Welcome to the land of Aaaah's, it used to be "OZ" but Kansas and their infinate wisdom changed it ... I don't know why!

I just noticed we don't have a icon for confused so I guess I'll make my own [confused]

Are you going to the KC gunshow this weekend or too busy unpacking? I'm in Topeka so if you want, drop me a line sometime.

Howdy neighbor, I'm about 10 miles west of you near Perry lake. There are between 8-10 good lakes within 100 mile of you and most of them have public hunting areas. Don't knock the public areas. Most are hit hard the first weekend then they are pretty much quiet.

Lawrence is a well run clean town, you will enjoy it here. There are a lot of them tree hugging, liberal, grass eating, democraps........but I repeat myself.

By your user name I hope you are bringing a pawn shop with you. Lawrence can use the competition.

Wundeedee, if all goes right my shop will be open before June. I am shooting for mid May. You are correct in your assertion of this town needing a decent P- shop. I hope to do well as I did back in NC. Drop by the shop when it opens, I would appreciate advice from a local. All new firearms purchases made by G.B'ers will be $30.00 over invoice, irregardless of cost.

Hey, I'm just moving to Asheville, the woods of Marshall, actually. Where was your pawnshop in Asheville?

"Not as deep as a well, or as wide as a church door, but it is enough."

I was in Fletcher, right close to the Hendersonville/* border. Near the airport. Marshall is WAY deep in them thar woods. It is a totally different world than Asheville. Have fun!! Check out hot springs and the bi-annual harley-fest in cherokee.
