One of the worst cases of police misconduct and attempt to conceal evidence I've seen in a long time.

    Yeah I think it is. I went looking for thug pictures, but every one I found of him was substantially just like that one - a kid smiling at the camera dressed in normal clothing. Honor student. [V]

    Cops and citizens can kill Michael Brown's and Treyvon Martin's until their barrels melt for all I care, but leave the kids with potential alone.

    The guy was pulled over by the officer, because he was doing something illegal.
    The motorist got into a struggle with the officer and grabbed his Tazer.
    Then he got shot.

    If you run from the cops, and then you fight the cops, and you grab the officer's Tazer, you deserve to get shot.

    The cute video only showed the last 15 seconds of the event.

    At the immediate time of the shooting the suspect was running away. You would have to show that by allowing him to escape someone else would be at risk of death serious physical injury. Something is amiss with the training or the police have been in a war zone for to long.

    He's not going to be tried on state charges, that was why he pled guilty to the Civil Rights Violation.
