On par with H&K?

If I buy a new barrel for my Glock 22, will the accuracy be about the same as a .40 USP? I know accuracy has alot to do with the shooter, but how does it look on paper? What kind of barrel would be the best for accuracy? [This message has been edited by Gene B. (edited 12-19-2001).]

I bought a Korean-made stainless, compensated .357 SIG barrel for my 22C for about a C-note. THEN I spent $65 for a set of Millet target sights once I tried the new barrel & found my hits about 16" south & 8" west of my aimpoint - at 25'. Sights helped; now atleast I can hit what I aim at out to about 50' but....If you want to stick with the Glock, check out BarSto's line: I bought a .357 SIG barrel for my HK USP from them & it's fit & finish is worth the $200 it cost & the accuracy is superb! AND all the barrels they sell have fully-supported chambers in .40 S&W and .357SIG; no small matter considering all the KaBOOM! stories about Glocks in .40.edit_01: I don't feel that the 22C - with EITHER barrel - is as accurate as the USP, but that's just one shooter's opinion. It took me some time to get used to the Glock; I rate it third below my HK (#1) or SIGPro 2340.[This message has been edited by spclark (edited 12-19-2001).]

I have a chance to buy H&K full size .40 USP , but insted of buying a new gun, I just wanted to know if I could improve my Glocks accuracy. So you go with the .40 USP, insted of trying to improve the Glocks accuracy with a new barrel?
