There are so many sellers that won't ship to NJ. It's really too bad because so many items that people think as being illegal can be owned in NJ.I've contacted the State Police firearms division of Nj so many times that they're starting to know me by name.I was interested in a MAK 90 about a year ago. Virtually all the sellers here wouldn't sell to Nj so I thought I was SOL. I decided to call the State Police about the legality of it since its a MAK90 and NOT and AK47. They sent me this link: http://www.bergen.com/region/gunsek199904063.htm I then contacted a few FFLs and a lawyer (NAPPEN) about transfering the MAK90 and now I'm the proud owner of a MAK90, SKS, SAR-1 and a few others, legally. Because of this a few of the members of the gunrange are buying SARs from here. There are still lots of sellers that wont ship to NJ. Oh well, the one's that do will get our NJ money and the others will be relisting their items. If you fellow New Jerseyans have any questions, contact the state police. Or contact the FFL that I use.
