Nunn, about the NEF handi-rifles

I found one of my barrel forms. It reads as follow "Handi-Rifles All model SB2 Handi-Rifles can be fitted with any shotgun barrels except 10 gauge. Pardner model SB1 shotguns can not be fitted with any rifle barrrel listed on the back of this form."Cals. are 22 Hornet/sights, 223 Rem/scope rail, 30-30 win/sights, 45-70 Govt/sight, 357 mag/sights, and 44 Rem Mag/sights.But I will still call NEF to see if they made a mistake, sorry I do not have the phone number off hand. And as soon as I find the number I will post it for you.Spec.4

    Somewhere in the dark recesses of my vault there is a .45-70 Handi-Rifle. One day I will get it out and see which model it is.Thanks

    When I purchased my daughters NEF Handi-Rifle, it came with an order form for extra barrels. The reciever had to be sent in to the factory to have the new barrel fitted, as it is mated to the receiver. You can order additional shotgun barrels or rifle barrels.

    Good 'ol nef handi rifles, best dang little $175 guns I ever bought, I have a .243 and .223. Both right out of the box with tascoe 4-12 scopes shoot .75" I think a little playing around on the loading bench and I can get .25-.50 out of them. I am really amazed. All of you dealers out there what is the best price you can sell them for? I was told I got a heck of a deal for mine
    when all else fails........................
