No M44 for me!Aimsurplus sold out over a month ago, but for some reason they still have them listed on their webpage.Cole's Distributing has them, but you have to be 21 to buy. WTF?!So now I be screwed. Oh well.

Thanks Nunn.Only problem is that SOG Int. isnt selling them wrapped, which means that it was never refurbed by the Russian military, which means trouble.I'll keep looking, but if anyone's got anything to offer, please post!

Southern Ohio's M44s are very well priced, but the non-wrapped thing puts me off a bit.Have you dealt with them personally, Nunn?

Strange... Got an e-mail from Brian at AIM last Fri. said they still had the wrapped M44's in stock. You might check back with them - I was planning on going down there this Fri.

Bullzeye,I've had a bad experience or two with SOG's Nagants. I ordered a 91/30 from them that was supposed to be in Very Good to excellent condition. I even paid the extra bucks for a hand pick. Guess what I got? A 50% blued, mismatched, dark bore POS that started coming apart when I shot it!Munkey the Miffed!

Diesel:I sent him an email yesterday and got a reply today.Shipment is done, and he's not getting another one. Ever.He said he thinks one of his suppliers might get a shipment some time around June.Right. I think not.

And not new, either. All of the M44s that are out now have been refurbed, even the wrapped ones. That means they can still be Excellent or Like New, but they are definately not New.
