#1, ROCK ISLAND #378XXX, STRAIGHT STOCK, DINGS & DENTS, METAL ABOUT 65%, H.S 12/44 BARREL, BORE SO/SO.
#2, R.I. #282XXX, SCANT STOCK, A FEW DINGS, H.S. 10/44 BARREL, LOOKS ALMOST NEW, CORRECT LOW # BOLT BUT NOT NUMBERED TO THE RIFLE.
#3, SPRINGFIELD ARMORY #433XXX, MIXED O3 & A3 PARTS, METAL ABOUT 75%, STRAIGHT STOCK MANY DING & DENTS, HAND GUARD HAD 5 REPAIR SPLINTS, S.A. 4/42 BARREL W/ EXC. BORE.
IT'S HARD TO PAY $300 TO $400 FOR SOMETHING WE USED TO BUY FROM GAMBELS FOR $19.95

    Sounds like some inside traders here. Maybe better off paying a little more and knowing what you're getting.

    news flash. your not supposed to sell cmp rifles for a profit. thats the whole point of the cmp is to promote shooting competions and give access to guns at a decent price. by limiting these guns to people who are going to use them in competions is a good thing for all gun owners.

    I DIDN'T BUY THEM TO MAKE A PROFIT, BUT I PROBABLY COULD GET MY $$ OUT IF I WANTED. I'VE GOT THREE SONS AND I GET TO PLAY WITH THEM FIRST. AND YES I PLAN TO SHOOT THE LOW # RIFLES (THEY CAME WITH GROUND FIRING PIN TIPS), WITH G.I. BALL AND CAST BULLET LOADS.
