Ya! I feel for you! Last night I got into a store bought jar of peaches and ate all of them while watching the idiot box.

Within an hour started getting major lower belly CRAMPS!!

Thought to myself......peaches never have bothered me. Looked at the small print on the jar "Product of China"[:0][xx(][:(!][V]

The experience was pretty close to a colon-prep!

Shouldn't mix avocado with beans & lettuce, makes for explosive gut grinding.
Kinda like week-old pinto beans mashed with Brussels sprouts served on pita with Alka Seltzer.

Never add cilantro or kale or beet powder or any of that crap to food you want to eat, unless you like sitting most of the day.
