I know the Grand Jury was supposed to hear the case last week. Did they reach a conclusion yet?

He became an indicted hero by defending his neighbors' house from looting illegal immigrants. He supposedly told a nine one one operator that he was going to kill them, they say "premeditated" I say congrats.

you can hear the whole phone call Beer--just google joe horn--he was defending his neighbors house from some thugs---in Texas it is legal to do that under certain instances--personally he should have just called 911 and said--get the cops here now as there are people scaring me--put the phone in his pocket and gone out and stopped the bad guys--he did tell them to stop or he would shoot. But IMO he gave the 911 operator a lot of info that makes it sound a little premeditated.

The death threat was great, I hope he gets a no bill. I don't think the people threatening him are very smart.[}:)]

    I blame the internet.
Too many folks are getting used to just blathering out whatever crosses their minds, and in the case of a 911 call; Too Much is Enough to indict.
    Especially with a smarmy prosecutor.
Just imagine what a horrible place this would be if everybody's neighbors were looking out for their neighbors' best interests....
