Got my .17HMR last Thursday. Remember back about nine months ago when all were saying they would not be many sold. Well I wish they were right because we are having to wait three months around here.

Tell Miss Sarah to be checking the mail box about Thursday

    Did you get to try it out yet? I waited 6 months for mine and it is still the only Marlin out of 17 that were ordered to come in! The shop has had 3 Rugers and 1 NEF. The last Ruger is a blue synthetic with that thin skeletonized stock that has Ruger stamped in it. It was a surprise at the shop because none of us realized it was even offered in that configuration! It came in last week and isn't sold yet. Sarah has a friend here from DC this week and I'm going to take them both out and try to call either today or tomorrow. I'm sure they don't have many furry predators in DC, only upright walking variety!! There are a lot of varmints there too!!! GHD
