Got a dollar bill for change yesterday,and for some reason, I looked at the serial numbers. I have no idea why I looked. Any how, I've been trying to post a pic, I don't know how. The s/n is F 01911910 D. I thought the numbers were something till my granddaughter said "look pops, it has F D in it too for Fire Dept." EBAY??

    Maybe I'm just dumb, I understand the F & D, and I see the 911 ... what is the rest of it supposed to mean???Its coming to me slowly F & D for Fire Dept, 01 for 2001, 911 obvious ... was 9:10 the time in NY when It happened? I was thinking it was 8 something...As Mudge would say: kk the confused

    I interpret it as, the day before and the day of, nothing will be the same since the tradgedy occured. This, 'Picture' is definitely worth a thousand words, and is a hell of a lot better than some other 'Modern' art that it is called art. I'd say its a keeper, and if nothing else, get it made into a poster and sell it on ebay. Its got it all, just look at the rest of the dollar bill, the picture of George, the motto, it says it all, this is pretty cool if you look at it from my point of view, good catch buddy.Well, the motto isnt there, but I could swear George said, 'In God We Trust', he looks to me as if hes real pissed and, excuse my expression, but theres not a better way to say it, 'I'm going to kill you motherf*****s. Just look at those lips and the serial number, and tell me you cant see it. Outstanding pops.
