Hey all. Just wondering if anyone north of kansas could let me know what the activities of the Canadian Geese right now.Any updates would be awesome.

    Kansasgoose- Where are you located in kansas. The reason for my asking is that i am from east of wichita and the geese are all over the place. A couple of weeks ago i shot one huge gander that had a bronze colored breast instead of the white. Do you know what causes this? Is it a different strain of canada goose?songdog

    I live in Kansas City, KansasMost of the bird around here are locals. We have still managed to take 11. No snow or blue's yet.not sure what causes the bronzeness.... could be a cross breed of somesort.But not sure.This weeks weather is gonna push more my way, and the ones that are here will be heading your way. Snow is likely here on sunday.... be ready monday in ICT.

    A friend of mine is coming home from college tonight and we haveseveral fields around here that are full of canadas and a snow every once in a while. Over thanksgiving we managed to limit out every day on the same field by 8am. They were all over the place. songdog
