Groups Suffer ?

Went to the Club Range today and the groups were all lousy.[:(]Shot the .22LR, 44 Mag, and .270 Win. Soon lost interest in shooting today.

Do your groups suffer when you're shooting on cold days.I know I can't shoot nearly as well as I used to in my earlier years.

Does the cold affect your shooting ability much?

5-Do Not Forget the Cap.

You just gotta put the coldness out of your mind. The best pistol score I ever shot was on a day that was drizzling rain, about 45 degrees.

When my groups are lousy its always a Malfunction of some kind with the gun......Its never me[;)]

I shot this group with the temps in the low 30s and wind blowing. If it wouldnt be for the flyer that came from a flinch or shivering it would be a great group. Still under 1" @ 100yds with the flyer.

I always try too group in on cool wet days. Thats how it is everytime I get to go hunting. Goog thick heavy air.
