Me too!! I just called and also called my friends who have put it off. Not a single one has registered yet. I really hate the ones who leave the long messages on the answering machine and I have to listen to the whole thing before I can delete it. Bell South call notes suck!! Tom

This is not the "last day" to register--it is only the last day to be included in the October list which telemarketers will have to reference before making their calls.

You can register after today, then it will be a couple of months before you're added to the list.

The list is being updated a few times a year, so there is a lag between registering and your number being on the list.

Registered both phones. Sure can't wait to see those telemarkers go home and get a real job. This is also for you- SBC,AT&T, A$&$, and everyone else who wastes my time telling me how much it gonna cost me to save me money I don't have![:(!]
