Took my first commercial airline flight over Chrismas. Things would go much smoother if these people would get their S##t together. Went through security OK, wife stops at gate counter to get boarding passes.Wife hands woman at the counter tickets and various other paperwork. Woman digs through papers and rudely hands back tickets and says I don't need theses, OK. Get our boarding passes and sit down. Less than 5 minutes later call to board comes. Same woman at gate, hand her boarding passes, she says, rudely, I need to see your tickets. AAAARRRRGGG. Wife just about blew a fuse. I'm suprised security didn't haul her back. Spot checks at the gate were hillarious.They picked on old ladies that could hardly walk and women under 5'-4" and 98 lbs. They have a long ways to go.
