Bullet maker-flat trajectory!

A major bullet manufacturer has developed a bullet filled with helium, and has pronounced, " The darned bullet had a flat trajectory out to 425 yds". A rise from barrel to 425 yds of only 3.45 inches! They would'nt say when these bullets will go into production (by protest of the government) until they could find "suckers" to beleive this bull**it!
