Fair sentence?

I just read a previous thread about a judge that stole $400K and got four years in prison. Get this, a guy in the next county, along with two or three other young adults, young being 18 and the oldest was 22, just got his deferred sentence pulled and was sentenced to NINE years in PRISON for stealing.............Duck decoys. Don't know the specifics but I sure would like to.

Here are 2 statements that judges rely on. " I have no choice; I have to follow the law" & "I'm a judge; I can do what ever I want to". Did any of you ever hear of J.A.I.L.? If not you need to find out about it. I'ts probably the 2nd most inportant movenent in resent history of the initatives.
