I must say that a lot of people here are very inconsiderate, ingorant and downright rude.Someone will say something that might be of interest to someone, be it on the subject of God, conspiracy or an event that might happen and some of you can't wait to ridiculethem. Why is that? When the information is out there that might prove what their saying, you don't bother to look for it when it's easier to just make fun of them.I thought this forum was to help and inform people of things, but it seems that if someone posts something that someone might find of interest, you can't wait to pounce on them like a pack of wild dogs.If you don't believe what their saying, fine keep it to yourself. Don't believe in God? Someday you will.Conspiracies? I have friends who worked on some of the black projects, I know some rumors are true.

    Hey, this board is informative. We rib one another in fun and it is recognized as such. There are certain members who post on this forum just to get a rise out of people. We oblige them. BTW, this forum IS informative.     jeenyes - I'm not convinced that these guys believe half of what they post themselves. I'm a relative newcomer but have learned that, although these guys are some of the biggest stonebreakers in the world, I have yet to ask a serious question that has not received an immediate and accurate response. Ignore the hot air and bombast or join in, but don't cut yourself off from a really fine source of information.

    If you post on the board,people will comment on it, whether they agree with you or not. What is the point of giving your point of view if you are going to shut your ears to others? I think the problem is that sometimes people believe in things so strongly that they take responses too personally. If someone can't take a strong negative devil's advocate, they probably shouldn't post here!

    Nunn here. That is why there is a moderator.There are subjects I would just as soon not see broached, because there are a wide range of opinions, the individual tends to feel strongly about the subject, and is not likely to tolerate a differing point of view. These often turn into arguments, and no one is likely to change the other fellow's mind. When these subjects turn into ugly arguments, I step in and "POOF!" it is gone.I try to remind everyone to behave as gentlemen and ladies, and to keep material at a "PG" level at most, but there is something about the anonymity of the typewritten word on a message board that frees up the uglier side of our nature sometimes.Don't worry about it. Just read, post, and enjoy.I, too, am a believer, and I have been slammed and insulted for it. I believe that is to be expected. I don't try to convert anyone, though I have been so accused, simply because of my signature.I am glad you are here.

    nunn, why can't you move posts that belong in gunrights or politics forums to those forums. I go to those forums and they are completly empty. Then I come here and see 10 or 15 cut and paste news articles that should have been put into those forums. Of course if you did move them there someone (Josey) would just cut and paste them here.

    jeenyes,First time i've seen your name, welcome to the board.We've had some doossies here, but except for two individuals that left on their own,in the nine months or so I've been around, everyone here is one big happy family and continues to put up with each other. Mostly friendly ribbing that sounds worse than it is.Even had a birthday role call here a few days back, and found out the majority of this board are middle aged to old white, semi retired men.I say don't worry about the "double dog dares" or the "told you so's" , keep your cool, or you'll be plucked like chicken, till you figure em out.In the end you'll feel at home, if you stay on.Just post the truth, thats all that matters..PS I recall voting several months back to keep Josey 1 posts on the sight, and it was almost a unanimous vote by members then, to keep him hear.[This message has been edited by turbo (edited 01-08-2002).][This message has been edited by turbo (edited 01-08-2002).]
