Hey 101AIRBORNE, I was stationed at a place called Phu Bai.
I was a Marine Sgt with a CAP unit just north of Phu Bai.
I would get back to Phu Bai about once every other month or so.
It was our "rear" area. I was evac'd out to Clark Air Force Base in 70 and came back that same year. Spent most of my time in and around the Ashau.
