For those interested, the Senate has just turned its attention back to S.1805. Craig is defining junk lawsuits as "Predatory legislation designed to use somebody's deep pockets to pay for somebody else's criminal acts."
This guy is good. He comes off as very nice while still being firm and intelligent. The Dems are finding it impossible to make Craig look bad without being rude themselves. As it should be...
