FFL fees everywhere!!!

Not sure if this is a question or a vent, but I am tired of seeing sellers raising prices for FFL fees!

I have seen quite a few that charge an additional $20 to the winning bid to cover their fees. I've even seen "will ship only to FFL" for things like ammo and magazines. Not sure if that is a bulk listing misprint or what, but it gets frustruating weeding them out.

My gun is prettier than yours, and it's a Glock!

sellers charge what they need or what they want to cover their costs and trouble in shipping. i think some sellers are afraid of violating state laws which can vary and they can't keep track of so they only ship to ffl dealers to protect themselves. maybe some are just unaware of the laws. if you don't like the deal don't bid.

    i never make misteakes.

Good sellers do the math and charge competitively without losing money. Bad sellers guestimate on the high side. I agree, don't bid on the bad deals. They'll either learn how to do business or lose their profit to the ones who take more care to get the numbers right.
