    Thanks for the link. I won't know what I think overall without doing a lot more reading, but my first impression is that there is some good stuff in there. I like the concept of the "upside down flag," if used judiciously. I was happy to see that it doesn't appear, despite the ethnic slant, to be a racist site, at least as I've read so far. There is a lot to absorb there, and no hurry.
