Does anybody have some good ideas on how to handle a seller who takes your money and sends nothing?
This MOOK ignores emails and phone calls to his "business" as well. Is there anythig I can do?
Thanks

I would hate to be in your situationand I know how you must feel.I dont know what State your seller is from. But he doesnt seem to smart you can cause this Dealer more grief than he can bear if need be.I dont know how long you have been waiting on this transaction. But sometimes they get busy and dont tend to matters as quickly as you deserve. However he should have responded to your Emails.I dont know all the circumstances, but I would give him a few more days.I hope you have proof of payment, and then you can bring down the doors on him.

    Good Luck!!

If he took your money via the U.S. Mail you can call his local FBI office and ask them to make a call on him. Fax them a copy of your information. Mail fraud is a federal offense.

Also, report the undue delay to the auction site. They don't know about bad sellers until someone reports them. He could lose his account. I've "helped" a couple people lose accounts on eBay, and they had massive good feedback along with their negatives (which is what they often count on to save them). It only takes a few non-performances to ruin a rep.
