    I realize the rules here differ somewhat from eBay, but on eBay, once there is a bid, an auction cannot be closed. Since this auction has NO RESERVE, the first bid should guarantee a sale, yet he says he "reserves the right to end early until the bid reaches $400." Is that a reserve? I guarantee if I had the high bid at $300 I would expect to win a Hi-Power.
