Is that a big deal?

does anybody know the DOM?

I've been "browsing" GB (we all know where this leads) and I keep checking out the Yugoslavian SKS's. Well, anybody have one? Price is right and . . . well . . . do I really need a reason?

Why are stripper clips needed to load sks mags?Whay accuracy should be expected at 100 and 300 yds?Can they be retro-fitted to .308 or .223 at a reasonable cost?Thanks

Hello folks!

Is there any bubba way to remove a sight drum
from an SKS?
I have a tool on the way but I want to put a fire sight
in it and would like to shoot today.
I already tried a punch-no luck.

I'm thinking of ordering a Yugo SKS from Aim Surplus. Has anyone had any experience with AIM, good or bad? Also does any one here in the Gulf Coast of Florida area know of any ranges to shoot it at. Thanks! Any experiences with the Yugo's?[8D]

Ok I need some help. I'm trying to decide if I should sell/trade off my Yugo 59/66. I bought it unissued and I have only fired maybe 40-50 rounds at most through it. I just don't shoot it and it just sits in the safe. I just don't want to regret selling/trading if the become rare and hard to get

Buy two of them at once so you save money on shipping or driving to the gun shop because after the first you'll want another. A relatively cheap, simple, reliable, fairly accurate and really fun gun to shoot.

Where on aimsurplus web site is everyone finding the sks. The only one I can ever find is the albanian for $159

One of the SKS's sold does not have a chrome lined barrel. I forget which one. Anyone know?

AIM is not out; I just received their new catalog today and the Yugo SKS with built-in grenade launcher is featured as a "Shot Show sale" for $79 for a used shooter grade or $99 in excellent/near new condition. If you want one, call them and order. I think I'd prefer myself to check and see if SOG has better prices and if they still have the carbine length "parachute" model. But still, $99 for excellent condition from AIM is a good deal.
