Well - She said I got no money - I have a nice SS A-bolt in .270, but also looking for a good 22-250. Reason:1. I already have a .2802. I have an extra A-bolt stock to trade with it.3. My 11yr old still a little shy of larger calibers4. I can't go to the show with out somethin to tradeAgainst:1. Why give up a good cal.2. maybe wait untill I have money for both3. I have more holes in my safe than guns4. maybe She is just fibbing and I should spend the money anyway

Swapping is part of the fun of gunshows.
If you can't fix it with a hammer, take it to a mechanic. will270win@aol.com ~Secret Select Society Of Suave Stylish Smoking Jackets~

You'll always look back and say "why did I get rid of that gun?" Keep it and add the 22-250 to your collection later. My kids got used to the recoil of all my guns when they found out it won't kill them, in fact they like the rush now and can brag to their freinds that they can handle the "big ones". My daughter can outshoot her bigger brother and sometimes me! Go fiqure! (They won't shoot the 300 H&H Mag yet, after seeing my shoulder- it has no pad or breaks).

True about swapping. Last gun show I got some stuff I really needed in exchange for some good stuff that was just lying around. Instead of hitting my gun show today, I found myself collecting some things so I can run over there tomorrow and save some cash. I've got some Black Hills .223 SP I want to trade for some hi-grade .44 special, for one thing. Anybody know what I should get for a 50-rd box of Black Hills "Made-in-US" softpoint these days?
