If you have a wireless video camera set up to transmit to VCR OR PC, can someone outside pick up the signal and watch the pics too? Is it possible?

Any transmitted signal can be picked up and listened to or watched. I have a Radio Shack PRO-2036 200 channel programable scanner that picks up cell phones and cordless phones. I'm quite sure that video signals can be watched with the right equipment.

7mm told you right. If a person has the right equipment picking up the same frequency that the camera is transmitting at, it can be watched by someone else.

Yep, most likely somebody with a setup similar to yours. These things usually are licensed to operate in a narrow range of FCC bandwidth so they don't interfere with other transmissions. That means that any geek who knows the bandwidth could surf for your channel, or anyone else with a similar piece of equipment could accidentally pick you up -- kind of like when your garage door opener accidentally opens somebody else's door too. May not be likely, but it's sure possible on the public airwaves. So don't do anything too, uh, private on the wireless line....
