    I was just about to buy it and then I remembered something on this board about .223 rounds.

    Is this a good cartridge?
    How far can you shoot it accurately?
    Can you hunt deer with it?

    He'd be lucky to sell that POS for 1/10th his asking price. I've never seen a French weapon that was more than a glorified boat anchor. Less than 100 imported because that saturated the market for them .

    For that much, you could buy an AR-15 and the 15,000 rounds of ammo it would take to bring down your first few deer.
